3rd International Social and Applied Gerontology
Symposium of Turkey 16-18 April 2008

IDB Workshop organised on April 21st, 2008 at Akdeniz University Department of Family Medicine. Members of "Turkish Speaking Countries Gerontology Network" from Azerbeijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgstan, Usbekistan, Turkey and Scientists from North Carolina University (Prof. Dena Schenk) and East Carolina/NCU Chapel Hill (Prof. Jim Mitchell) participated at this Network Meeting

With the participation of Prof.Dr. Elizabeth Steinhagen – Thiessen from Faculty of Medicine of Charite, Department of Geriatry (Alexander von Humboldt University, Charite Faculty of Medicine)  and Dr. Mehmet Gövercin – (Alexander von Humboldt University, Charite Faculty of Medicine, Chief İntern of İnternal Medicine) it carried out between 22 and 24 of March 2008 at Akdeniz University Medical School’s Olbia A lounge.
